Forgot Password

Method 1: Log in to the device using the default password. You can typically find it on the nameplate or in the manual.

Method 2: Reset the device to factory settings and set a new password:

  • 1. While the device is powered on, press and hold the Reset button until the LED blinks rapidly, then release the button.
  • 2. Visit 10.44.77.254 through a browser and set a new device password.

Note: If you only attempt to reset the password, click "Restore Backup" when logging in to the device for the first time.

Google Chrome and Internet Explorer browser 9, 10 or 11 are supported.

The network is unstable. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone to view the cause.

Important

In order to log in, you must read and accept the User Agreement and the Reyee Data Processing Agreement.
